From 1.0, several high-value pals no longer accept older cross-species recipes. Reverse lookup of combo count is the fastest check.
What same-species only means
Only pairs like that pal × itself are registered. Cross-species parents will not produce that species in the 1.0 matrix.
Whitelist representatives
Orserk, Lyleen, and Jetragon currently show one combo in our matrix. Open their breed pages or reverse links—do not reuse EA multi-parent tables.
Is same-species breeding still useful?
When you cannot synthesize the species cross-wise, same-species breeding still matters for probabilistic passives/IVs. This site only resolves species.
